I am writing this letter to say a big thank you and to show my appreciation to the top quality personal service you had provided us with, over the past few weeks. After having some altercations with another company Rob provided me with the all the advice necessary and pointed me towards the right direction (trading standards) to get further advice with the doubts I had.

He gave me peace of mind with each step of the way and made the process clear and easy to understand.
